1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Home Money Reset UK website or purchase a Home Money Reset UK digital product from Wake Productions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a product.

2. Who We Are

3. Our Digital Products

Home Money Reset UK products are digital organisational and educational resources. Depending on the package selected, a purchase may include Notion templates, a Core Guide or Complete Bundle Guide, the UK Household Bills & Cost-of-Living Command Centre, the 30-Day Money Reset and the 52-Week Savings Challenge.

No physical item will be posted. The exact content included in your order is shown on the sales page and checkout page at the time of purchase.

4. Placing an Order

You are responsible for checking your selected product, price and email address before completing payment. An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and we provide an order confirmation or access to the digital product.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and business tax status. Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

6. Delivery and Access

Digital access is normally provided immediately after successful payment through the confirmation page and purchase email. You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking your spam or junk folder.

If an access link does not arrive or does not work, contact us and include the email address used for the order. Do not send payment-card details by email.

7. Notion and Third-Party Services

The templates are designed for use with Notion. A free Notion account is sufficient for the product features described by us unless otherwise stated. Your use of Notion, Systeme and any payment provider is also subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for temporary outages, account restrictions or platform changes outside our reasonable control. If a material platform change affects access to your purchase, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

8. Personal Licence and Acceptable Use

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied resources for your own personal household use.

You must not resell, sublicense, share, distribute, publish or make the original template, guides or access links available to another person. You may make reasonable copies inside your own Notion workspace for your personal use.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Home Money Reset UK name, product structure, written content, designs, templates and guides are owned by or licensed to Wake Productions Ltd. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Digital Product Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

11. Product Information and Financial Disclaimer

We aim to keep descriptions and examples accurate, but screen layouts and third-party platform features may change. Colours may also vary by device.

It does not provide regulated financial, tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and it does not guarantee savings or financial outcomes. You remain responsible for your household decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

12. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from a product purchased for personal household use.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The terms applying to your order are those available when you place that order, unless a change is required by law or benefits you without reducing your rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
